Time flies, and on April 19, 2024, we celebrated our one-year anniversary with wonderful customers and friends in Frederiksborggade 31, Mondo Kaos style.

A year is both really short and really long at the same time. On the one hand, we can't understand where the time has gone, and on the other, we think we belong so well on Frederiksborggade in the Nansensgade neighborhood that we can hardly imagine what it was like before. Luckily, after 1 year we can conclude that you feel the same way. We are super happy that you have supported the store on Frederiksborggade and that you love the big and bright store as much as we do. And of course, we're also super happy for all the new customers who have opened their eyes to Mondo Kaos after the move.

For our big 1 year anniversary, we promised discounts, news and bubbles in the glasses, and it's safe to say you enjoyed it all.

Our own collection, Daisy Dapper, has been very well received, and on the day we not only had discounts on previous Daisy Dapper collections, we also had all the new items on display, and they were even show-cased by the Boogie Dolls themselves, who came and performed for the occasion.

The vocal trio Boogie Dolls provided a wonderful atmosphere when their delicious vocal harmonies dived into swing classics that we know from, among others, Andrew Sisters. With their exuberant mood, they threw themselves into both well-known and lesser-known songs, and helped to make the day something very special.

Mondo Ladies, Ditte, Julie and Liv and helper Charlie (Ditte's son) were on hand to make sure everyone felt welcome, received help and a glass in hand.

Last but not least were our guest stars, all you lovely customers who came by and celebrated with us. We love that you took the time to stop by, take advantage of the delicious offers, drink bubbles until we were (almost) exhausted, enjoy the lovely music. And not least, talking to each other and sharing tips and guidance for the retro wardrobe.

As always, there is a very special atmosphere when we gather our retro-loving customers. It was a lovely and encouraging atmosphere, even though the queues for the fitting rooms were sometimes long.

By the end of the day, we were tired but also just high on how great a day we had had. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by.
