Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in Danish Kroner (DKK), including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
Mondo Kaos ApS accepts online payments via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, and MobilePay Online. No transaction fees are charged.
Payment will only be charged once your order has been shipped, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
We use a secure payment server that encrypts all information, ensuring a safe and secure transaction.
Delivery
We deliver within the EU.
Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 are usually shipped the same day.
If delivery is delayed, you will be notified by email.
We deliver throughout the EU to both private addresses and parcel shops.
Shipping carriers: GLS, FedEx, and PostNord.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day return policy on items purchased via our webshop.
The return period begins on the day you receive your order.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, and you may choose your preferred carrier.
You must notify us within 14 days if you wish to return your purchase. After notifying us, the item must be returned within 14 days.
Please email us at shop@mondokaos.dk and clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Mondo Kaos ApS reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and function, it may be considered used and of reduced value.
In such cases, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.
Claims (Warranty)
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year warranty applies to all products.
This warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing.
Claims must be reported within a reasonable time after receiving the item. One month is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.
Mondo Kaos ApS covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent in valid claims.
We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
