Ombytning & Returnering ved køb online


We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase from Mondo Kaos. If this is not the case, we offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive the item or it is delivered to the parcel shop.

If an item doesn't fit, simply return it by following these steps:

-so that we clearly know what you want (payment return, exchange, etc.). I tilfælde af at du ikke har mulighed for at printe kan du udfylde oplysningerne på en note. 

If an item does not fit and you want a different size, we recommend that you place a new order. When you place the order, simply note that it is an exchange in the comment field, and then we will credit you for the shipping, so that we send the new item to you free of charge.

2. Pak varerne pænt sammen, og send dem retur til:

Når vi modtager din returvare, tilbagebetaler vi pengene til den konto, der blev benyttet, da ordren blev lagt. Forvent at der går op til 3 hverdage fra modtagelse af varerne. Du modtager en email når vi har krediteret dig for det returnerede, og normalt tager det ca 24 timer fra vi krediterer dig til at du ser pengene tilbage på din konto, men der kan gå lidt længere alt efter hvilken bank du har. Ved ombytning modregner vi og udbetaler en eventuel difference.

We will credit you the payment as soon as we receive the item back so that the payment is quickly back in your account.

*Varer købt i den fysiske butik kan indenfor 14 dage byttes til en anden vare eller et tilgodebevis. 

Important when returning:


As a customer, you are responsible for returns. We are a small shop, and therefore do not have the opportunity to pay for the return, and hope for your understanding of this.

De returnerede varer er dit ansvar som kunde indtil vi har modtaget disse i butikken. Vi opfordrer dig til at benytte enten GLS or PostNord with tracking i forbindelse med returnering. 

Bemærk, at den returnerede vare skal sendes direkte til butikken! Vi har ikke ressourcer til at hente pakker i diverse pakkeshops, og dermed bliver de returneret til afsender, og vi når ikke at modtage dem inden de 14 dages retur frist. 


Uafhentede pakker fra pakkeshops:


Det er dit ansvar at afhente pakken leveret til den valgte pakkeshop indenfor de 7 kalenderdage den ligger der inden den bliver sendt tilbage til os. Bliver den ikke afhentet og den returneres til os, fratrækkes følgende:

39 kr. for shipments in DK with GLS

49 kr. for forsendelser til Sverige & Tyskland med Gls

-inden betalingen for ordren krediteres. 

If we need to reship it, we will unfortunately have to charge you for re-shipping.


Ang. Norge er der et gebyr på 300 kr. hvis du som modtager ikke er tilgængelig på leveringsadressen, og Fedex dermed må returnere varen til os.

Returns from countries outside the EU:


If you’re returning an item from Norway, UK or any other country outside the EU, please make sure to mark your parcel clearly as a return.

This ensures that we don’t get charged import duties when receiving your package.

If customs fees are applied due to incorrect labelling, the amount will unfortunately need to be deducted from your refund.


Please note that a handling fee of DKK 180 will always apply, as we are charged this amount for customs clearance — even when the parcel is correctly marked as a return.

Complaints:


Naturally, you have a 2-year warranty on your Mondo Kaos products.

Any defects or deficiencies in your delivery must be claimed within a reasonable time after they have been discovered. It is your duty to state and, upon request, show the nature of the error or defect. In addition, you must be able to present a receipt/invoice.

If an item is broken, we will exchange it for an equivalent new item.

If we assess that the fault/damage is due to the garment being purchased too small, the complaint will not apply. This could be, for example, if seams or zippers have broken due to incorrect size selection.

We do not guarantee buttons, embroidery, fringe, sequins or other embellishments.
