Mondo Kaos not only has a wide selection of vintage-style clothes and shoes, we also offer a wonderful range of vintage accessories, so you can put the finishing touch on your new vintage outfit and make it as unique as you are.
Accessories are also perfect for changing the look of your dress or favourite outfit in just a moment. You can also use accessories to dress your outfit up or down, for example when you’re going straight from work to dinner or out with the girls.

Vintage and retro-style jewellery
Naturally, we stock retro- and vintage-inspired jewellery. Jewellery is the easiest way to give your vintage clothes an extra lift. You can add colour or glamour, or simply a lovely little retro touch.
Jewellery from Rock it Rosie
We have our own in-house brand, Rock it Rosie.
Rock it Rosie offers lovely hoop earrings in a range of retro-inspired colours, and we even have matching bracelets in different widths. The colours are coordinated, so they also look beautiful together.
Try these lovely bracelets with any dress or blouse with ¾-length or short sleeves, and feel free to wear several together in different widths and colours.
Wear the large, beautiful hoop earrings when, for example, you have your hair up, to add a little extra colour to your look. Or coordinate the colours with your clothes, shoes or a bracelet in the same shade.

Brooches by Australian brand Erstwilder
As well as Rock it Rosie, we stock the wonderful Australian jewellery brand Erstwilder. Erstwilder creates whimsical jewellery in an art deco-inspired Bakelite style, with fun and expressive retro designs. For example, they have a lovely 1950s-inspired Grease collection, and of course they create new collections that all focus on a retro and vintage look.
The brooches look so beautiful on, for example, a plain jacket, beret or hat. A brooch can really be the finishing touch. Feel free to wear a small group of brooches together, perhaps with different designs, to give your jacket or coat a fresh and exciting vintage look.
Vintage and retro-style scarves
We always have a selection of lovely, colourful chiffon scarves and bandanas, and we’re always happy to offer advice on how to style your Mondo Kaos outfit with our beautiful scarves.
Of course, you can wear them around your neck to add colour to a look, or to do the opposite. For example, wear a red chiffon scarf with your black vintage pencil dress, or the other way around: if you’re wearing a red blouse or dress, you could use the black scarf to add extra flair and Film Noir-style vintage glamour to your look.
Scarves can of course also be worn in your hair, on bags, etc. … the only limit is your imagination.
Hair flowers for vintage and pin-up hairstyles
Our hair flowers are the perfect vintage hair accessories. Hair flowers became very popular in the 1940s, when hair ornaments and hats were among the few things that were not rationed during the war. Our hair flowers are handmade and of very high quality. Sometimes it can be hard to tell our flowers apart from the real thing.
The flowers are gorgeous, and we stock them in a wide range of beautiful colours that can really put the finishing touch on any outfit. We have flowers with both comb clips and alligator clips; the latter can also be worn as a brooch by clipping them onto a low neckline or lapel.
They’re perfect for special occasions, but once you’ve fallen in love with your hair flowers, we’re not sure you’ll be able to save them just for parties.

A lovely handbag is a fantastic vintage accessory. Our bags are always truly special and perfect for complementing your vintage outfit. We have quirky, flamboyant bags that are quintessentially Mondo Kaos, and they’re ideal for special occasions, parties, a trip to the theatre, and more.
Hats and beanies
In autumn and winter, we usually have a small selection of lovely vintage-style berets and beanies. A beret is the perfect little hat for your vintage look. You could wear one with a beautiful Erstwilder brooch to add a little extra colour to everyday life.

For summer, sunshine and the beach, or a trip to the swimming pool, we have wonderful vintage bathing caps.
Paired with our Esther Williams vintage swimwear, they create the perfect vintage look for a trip to the beach. The bathing caps are fun, colourful and comfortable, so they won’t pull at your hair.
