If not, we offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order.
You can also return your item directly to the store.

Do you want to exchange for a different size?
If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order on the webshop.
In the comment field, please state that it is an exchange. We will then send the new item free of charge by crediting the shipping cost once we have received your returned item.
Valid for: Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, and Belgium.
Refunds
Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase.
After we have processed your refund, it may take some time for the money to appear in your account. This depends on your bank and payment provider.
In case of an exchange, we will adjust the amount and pay out any difference.

Questions about returns and exchanges at Mondo Kaos
Yes, you can return your order directly at the store at Frederiksborggade 31, 1360 Copenhagen K.
No. The package must be sent directly to the store at Frederiksborggade 31. Packages sent to a parcel shop will not be collected, as we are unable to pick up shipments from parcel shops. These packages will therefore be returned to the sender.
We recommend GLS or PostNord with tracking. We advise against DAO, as they often deliver to parcel shops.
Returns are paid by the customer. We recommend that you send the package with tracking, as the item is your responsibility until we have received it.
As a general rule, no, but customer service can help with a solution.
Place a new order and write in the comment field that it is an exchange. When we receive your return, we will credit the shipping cost of the new order if the exchange applies to one of the covered countries.
The item is your responsibility until we have received it. We therefore always recommend that you send the return package with tracking.
When you receive a notification that your package is ready for collection, it must be picked up within the deadline specified by the shipping company.
If the package is not collected, it will be returned to us. The return shipping fee will be deducted when the order is credited.
Return fee for uncollected packages:
Denmark, GLS: DKK 39
Sweden and Germany: DKK 49
Other countries: DKK 79
If you wish the package to be sent again, a new shipping fee will be charged.
The package must be clearly marked as RETURN. If the package is not marked correctly, customs duties or fees may be charged. Any fees will be deducted from your refund. A handling fee of DKK 180 will be charged for customs clearance.
For Norway, the UK, and countries outside the EU, if you are not present at the time of delivery and FedEx returns the package, a fee of DKK 300 will be charged.
