Return of goods purchased at Mondo Kaos

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase from Mondo Kaos 💛 If not - we offer 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

How to make a return

Download and fill out the form (or write the information on a note) so we know what you want - refund or exchange.

You are also very welcome to drop off your return directly in the store ✨

Exchanges

If you want a different size, we recommend that you place a new order.

Just write in the comments field that it is an exchange - then we will send the new item free of charge by crediting you for the freight when we receive the returned item 💛 (applies to the following countries: Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium)

Refund

When we receive your return, we will refund to the same payment method.

Processing time: up to 3 business days

Refunds are typically visible in your bank account within 24 hours after processing.
May vary depending on your bank

For exchanges, we will offset and pay out any difference.

Important for returns

Returns are paid by the customer
We are a smaller store and unfortunately we are not able to cover return shipping.

The goods are your responsibility until we receive them
We recommend GLS or PostNord with tracking
Send the package directly to the store - not to the parcel shop

Packages sent to a parcel shop will unfortunately not be picked up, as we are unable to pick up shipments at parcel shops. These parcels will therefore be returned to the sender.

Uncollected parcels

When you receive notification that your parcel is ready for pickup, it must be picked up within 7 days at the parcel shop. If the package is not picked up within the deadline, it will be returned to us and return shipping will be deducted when crediting the order.

Return fee for uncollected parcels:

Denmark (GLS): 39 kr.
Sweden & Germany: 49 kr.
Other countries: 79 kr.

If you want the package sent again, new shipping will be charged.

Norway

If you are not present at delivery and FedEx returns the package, a fee of 300 kr will be charged.

Returns outside the EU

(Returns from Norway, UK etc.)

The package must be clearly marked as RETURN
Otherwise customs duties may be charged

Any customs fees will be deducted from your refund.

A handling fee of DKK 180 is always charged for customs clearance.
