Cindy is a beautiful vintage style shirt with an eye-catching round-cut collar that ties into a bow at the side. The short sleeves have a small turn-up. The Cindy shirt is fitted at the waist, creating a feminine silhouette.
From the front, the shirt is pure 30s/40s style elegance but it doesn't end there. At the back, the shirt is buttoned with covered buttons for that distinctive vintage look.
- Wear the shirt with the beautiful Billie pants for a look a la Katherine Hepburn and Marlene Dietrich.
- Style the Cindy shirt with a pencil skirt in red or black, for example.
- The short sleeves allow you to show off beautiful bracelets, such as those from Rock it Rosie.
- Expect the lightweight material to be slightly sheer, so nude/skin-colored underwear is required.

- This shirt blouse is best for a small to medium bust.
- If in doubt about a size, go for the smallest size in this model as it is quite roomy.
- Our model Maja is 174 cm tall and wears a size medium top. She normally wears a size 40/ large in tops and dresses.

Rayon crepe is a natural, lightweight and beautiful material, and we recommend that you care for the garment as they did with original 1940s clothing.
We suggest hand washing, just like they did back then. If you want to use the easier option of using a washing machine, it's very important to wash on a gentle cycle and place the garment in a laundry bag. However, we do not recommend washing in a machine as not all machines treat clothes equally well.
Avoid drying clothes in direct sunlight or in very hot places (e.g. over a radiator) as this can cause the material to expand and subsequently shrink.
If the garment has been washed too hot.
In the unlikely event of an accident, you can try the following method to get the garment back to its original size and fit. This method is not guaranteed, but may help in some cases:
- Soak the garment in cold water with a very generous amount of fabric conditioner and leave it overnight.
- Then rinse the garment in fresh cold water and while gently squeezing out the excess water, stretch the garment both width and lengthwise as far as you can.
- Lay the garment flat on a towel to let it dry slowly and keep pulling it in both directions.
