The blouse lies flat over the collarbone with a slight gathering over the bust. The extra fabric is gathered at the seams from a slight waistband, but without losing the blousy look that is perfect for a 1940s look with high-waisted pants or skirts.

Under the fabric-covered button at the neck is a small peephole in vintage style.
