Today we are lucky enough that Eva will tell us about her Mondo Kao story and what inspired her to style herself in the vintage style.

Hi Eva, what are you running around doing these days?
I go to work as usual as opticians must still be open. And my 5-year-old daughter goes to kindergarten, while my husband works from home.
We enjoy good walks in our spare time, and the daughter's room has had a little makeover with a new bed.
How long have you known about Mondo Kaos and how did you get to know us?
I bought my first dress in Mondo Kaos 11 years ago. I had seen it in an advertising magazine and then I had to find the store. And ever since, Mondo Kaos has been the favorite store.
Where do you get your inspiration for your particular style?
I grew up watching a lot of old movies from the 50's and 60's, so that's definitely where my love of the vintage style started.
On social media there are lots of nice pictures from people who really go all in on the style. Otherwise, you just need to look at your webshop and blog to be tempted and inspired ;-)

What is it about Mondo Kaos that makes you shop with us?
I love the style of your clothes and the fact that they never go out of fashion. You can enjoy the clothes for many years, I still use the first dress I bought 11 years ago now and then.
But the most important thing is that you always get the best service, with expert advice and guidance. In today's Denmark, good service can be far between, so shopping at Mondo Kaos is always a pleasure.
If you had to give women three great styling tips, what would they be?
1. Find a style you are comfortable with and don't let yourself be dictated by mainstream fashion. If you feel good, you immediately look better.
2. Choose clothes that emphasize your figure, loose clothes do NOT make you look smaller.
3. The lovely wool cardigans from Emmy Design are perfect for giving a retro look to most clothes. They accentuate your waist and are brilliant to wear over a summer dress when it's cold outside.
