In Mondo Kaos we have a multitude of different skirts . We are very keen that there are skirts for everyone's needs or style.

Our skirts have a retro look but can easily be styled timeless and super feminine so that they can be used for every occasion.

Whether you're going on a date, to a party, to a job interview, or just want to look great every day at work, we have just the skirt that suits you.

The pencil skirt or the tighter form-fitting skirt is good for you who want a slightly more body-hugging and super classic silhouette.

The classic pencil skirt is a must-have, and you really get a beautiful and versatile skirt which, due to its simple look, can be styled with patterns and strong colors as well as simple neutral shades for an elegant everyday look.

At Mondo Kaos, we currently have three different versions of pencil skirts .

This skirt from The House of Foxy is beautiful and high-waisted, and the waist is defined with a waistband.

It closes with a beautiful mother-of-pearl button and zip at the back.

There are discreet seams at the top which are designed precisely so that the skirt can snuggle around your shapes, and then the skirt has a slight stretch, so that it both sits right up to the body, and at the same time it is super comfortable to move in.

The skirt is also lined and has a pleat at the back instead of a slit, in true vintage style, for greater freedom of movement.

As you can see, the skirt is a little longer in style, approx. 78.5cm, so depending on the desired look, this pencil skirt is better for those with longer legs.

As this skirt is super simple, you can wear it with a patterned shirt or blouse, e.g. the long-sleeved 'Midnight Garden' from House of Foxy or with a shirt with a tie bow. For a simple look, you can of course also go for something close to the body, and choose a sweater or turtleneck.

This skirt from The House Of Foxy is a good alternative for plus-size women or if you want to hide the stomach and emphasize the waist and rear.

The skirt is a 1940s-inspired sarong skirt with "waterfall" draping - and is a nice and festive alternative to the simple pencil skirt.

The skirt is made of a viscose / rayon material which gives a super fall and feels so vintage :-)

The model has a natural draping over the stomach that flatters and makes you not feel that the stomach is too much in focus.

As the skirt is eye-catching, the top can be advantageously without too many fabric details such as frills or bows. A nice shirt or knitted top will be a good choice.
The skirt measures 73.5 cm, and with this length fits most people well.

This skirt from The House Of Foxy is great for dancing and we think it's ideal for ladies who usually avoid tight pencil skirts but still want a slim look.

This classic pencil skirt from Daisy Dapper is a shorter alternative to the Perfect Pencil - and this means that it is also super good for people who are not that tall.

It is a really beautiful pencil skirt . An internal waistband makes this skirt fit perfectly around the waist, while giving it a clean and simple look.

It is of course sewn with incisions so that it molds to the feminine figure, and can be styled to create a real hourglass shape.

This skirt also has a slit at the back and the material has stretch, so you can move comfortably in it.

As with the House of Foxy skirt, this type of skirt can be beautiful with a shirt where something is happening; a tie bow or pattern. And of course, a turtleneck blouse also looks good here.

An A-line skirt is a style that fits at the waist, drapes and has a slight fall over the hips.

An A-line is a good alternative to both pencil and swing skirts. It is a good basic for everyday as it is easy to move in and at the same time is simple.

It is timeless and can be styled with most tops. It works well as it hides the stomach, accentuates the waist and does not give a big "strut" like a swing skirt.

This skirt fits all body types!

The beautiful classic 'Whirlaway' skirt from The House Of Foxy is a real best seller, with good reason. The model is directly inspired by the fashion of the 40s.

It sits at the waist with a fixed waistband, and falls nicely over the hips with lots of fullness in just the right and flattering way.

The skirt closes with 4 beautiful buttons on the side, giving it an extra eye-catching look, and the skirt has a patched pocket at the front, another cute vintage detail.

The fabric is soft and comfortable and with a bit of spandex for an even better fit, and it measures approx. 66cm.

The Whirlaway skirt is really nice with a shirt blouse or a short cardigan .

This model from Grünten Mode is really good for people who are not that tall or if you have a longer torso than legs.

The skirt is quite a bit shorter than the other models, but you can go up a size in this one if you want it a bit longer - then it just sits a little lower in the waist, and thus goes further down the thigh.

The skirt is simple and simply constructed, which gives it a super fit for all body types, and its length of 50 cm. is perfect for showing legs in a pair of nice shoes or winter boots!

You can add a more classic look to this mini skirt by styling it with a classic vintage style shirt like those from House of Foxy or Bloomsbury , or you can go for the slightly 60s cool look with a turtleneck or Estelle pussy bow shirt .

And don't forget that when you show your legs, you can choose between the beautiful stockings from Swedish Stockings , such as fishnet stockings or faux over-the-knees.

We have this skirt from Grünten Mode in a smooth gabardine in 100% cotton as well as in a stronger velor - both in several different colors.

An incredibly beautiful and flattering skirt from Daisy Dapper which has the most beautiful details.

Front and back, the waistband consists of large zigzags, which create two triangles down. This is very flattering around the stomach while giving a beautiful cut.

Flora is really nice with a shirt blouse or a short knit.

The skirt is cut in strips that give the beautiful A-shape, and makes the skirt fall beautifully over the hips and thighs.

Swing skirt is a MUST HAVE in Mondo Kaos.

With such a skirt, you can get the right retro/vintage look.

The waist is defined and the skirt struts on the hips.

An absolutely fantastic look, especially when dancing or spinning around. And then you can always choose to wear a petticoat underneath if you can't get enough of the vintage style.

In Mondo Kaos we have a few different beautiful swing skirts in different colours.

A swing skirt is a basic and a must have in any vintage lover's wardrobe.

The skirt from Steady Clothing is high-waisted, with a waistband that beautifully frames the classic hourglass figure, and focuses on the female silhouette.

The cut emphasizes the waist and the material is heavy and falls nicely down the hips and thighs.

We have this skirt from Steady Clothing in various colors from classic black to red, green and other colors.

The swing skirt can be styled with almost anything, and if you want a slightly more everyday-like or rockabilly look, you can style it with one of our beautiful retro-style t-shirts. If you wear a T-shirt with your swing skirt, it's also fine with low ballerinas.
