A classic vintage style shirt in pink, perfect for your high-waisted skirts and pants.
This vintage style shirt has an eye-catching lapel collar that forms a flattering and flattering v-neck. There's a slight pleat at the shoulder and a slight puff sleeve that has a tiny shoulder pad to give the shirt just the right silhouette. The shirt is of course fitted at the waist.
The Grace shirt is short-sleeved with a small cuff and button closure, giving the sleeves a characteristic 40s look.
Unlike our other Bloomsbury shirts, the Grace shirt has larger buttons down the front.

Rayon crepe is a natural, lightweight and beautiful material, and we recommend that you care for the garment as they did with original 1940s clothing.
We suggest hand washing, just like they did back then. If you want to use the easier option of using a washing machine, it's very important to wash on a gentle cycle and place the garment in a laundry bag. However, we do not recommend washing in a machine as not all machines treat clothes equally well.
Avoid drying clothes in direct sunlight or in very hot places (e.g. over a radiator) as this can cause the material to expand and subsequently shrink.
If the garment has been washed too hot.
In the unlikely event of an accident, you can try the following method to get the garment back to its original size and fit. This method is not guaranteed, but may help in some cases:
- Soak the garment in cold water with a very generous amount of fabric conditioner and leave it overnight.
- Then rinse the garment in fresh cold water and while gently squeezing out the excess water, stretch the garment both width and lengthwise as far as you can.
- Lay the garment flat on a towel to let it dry slowly and keep pulling it in both directions.
