Regarding private delivery:
Do you choose private delivery, but you are not at home between 7 am and 4 pm, when GLS delivers on weekdays? Then you can choose to fill out a power of attorney so that the package can still be delivered.

Track your package:
Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, we will send you a tracking number so you can track the location of your shipment. It is your responsibility to pick up the package delivered to the selected parcel shop within the 7 calendar days it is there before it is sent back to us. If it is not picked up and it is returned to us, we will deduct DKK 49 for the return before the payment for the order is credited. If we need to ship it again, we will unfortunately have to charge you for a new shipment.
We strive to deliver within 1-2 business days.
Please note that during sales, Christmas sales, etc. longer delivery times may occur.
Pick up in store.
You have the option to order items on the webshop and come into the store at Frederiksborggade 31 to pick up your order.
When you place an order for in-store pickup, it will be ready for pickup within 1-2 days. You will receive a notification when the order is packed and ready for pickup.
When ordering online, the idea is that you try on the clothes in your own home and not in the store. Therefore, if you want to use the store's facilities and the staff's advice etc. you should not order online, but come into the store and make your purchase here.
If you choose to pick up in the store, the order must be picked up within 3 business days after you have been notified that it is ready, and picked up during opening hours, which are daily 10:00-18:00 and Saturday 10:00-16:00.
If it is not picked up within 3 days, the order will be canceled and the goods will be returned to stock.
