The dress is in 1940s style with many original vintage details. It is an elegant and simple dress based on a period vintage pattern.
The dress has a discreet ruching effect at the shoulders, and a beautiful v-neck, which comes from the small wrap-around detail at the bosom. It is elegant and refined, and provides the perfect fit over the bust. The short sleeves have a discreet puff detail and sit beautifully around the upper part of the shoulder.
There are also fine pleats under the bust, where the wide waistband attaches and snuggles comfortably around the waist. This gave full focus to the female curves.
The skirt is cut in 7 lengths, which gives plenty of width, and falls beautifully and flatteringly below the hips.
The A-shape of the dress and the high, but discreet, v-neck emphasize both the bust and waist, and give a nice silhouette.
The dress closes with a zip on the side, and is made of 100% viscose, a soft and light natural material, and the skirt is lined.
